As the saying goes, "the only thing constant in life is change itself." As a resident of Oakville since 1972, I have experienced a wonderful transformation from a rural bedroom community to a sustainable live/work "town" within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
As the transformation of Oakville took shape, the type of customers and transaction over the past four decades of my career have also evolved.
I have had the pleasure of working with first time home buyers
I have assisted families with workplace relocation
I have developed a strong understanding of real estate as an investment
I have participated in the sale of new construction/custom homes
I have completed many transactions through the evolution of condominium ownership
I have developed a political acuity to work through estate sales and marriage dissolutions
The service delivery model I have chosen to serve my clients and customers with is through personalized and hands-on service. I have an excellent network of administrative support, home stagers, multimedia/photographers and a handyman person.
I obtained my broker's license in 1989. I am a past Vice President of the Oakville Real Estate Board, Current Director of our neighbourhood Residents' Association, member of the International Real Estate Specialist, member of the Institute of Luxury Homes and recipient of multiple Re/Max awards, including the prestigious Lifetime Achievement.
